Rudy Downing of BELFOR San Jose was selected “Member Of The Month” by the Central Coast Claims Association (CCCA). Downing became a BELFOR Project Manager in 2008, after retiring from the San Jose Police Department. Prior to that, he served in the U.S. Army.
