BELFOR Houston Receives Recognition From City
When torrential rains wreaked havoc on the City of Houston, BELFOR Property Restoration immediately mobilized response teams and equipment, and went to work rebuilding and restoring more than 4,935,000 square feet of flooded areas including homes, commercial property, apartments, churches, and campus areas. This huge effort was led by the Houston BELFOR Office and BELFOR’s National Catastrophe Response Team.
In keeping with the company motto – Restoring More Than Property – and with a goal to restore hope to our community, BELFOR also handed out bottled water, cleaning solutions, boxes, and packing supplies to those in need.
BELFOR Responds To Hurricane Harvey
In the wake of Hurricane Harvey, the Hewlett Packard Enterprise campus in Houston found itself devastated by over 50 inches of rain that hit the Texas Gulf Coast. The 165-acre campus, which serves as a pivotal manufacturing and research division for the technology company, experienced never seen before damage to their property. In total, 16 buildings and parking garages were impacted by flood waters which reached 12 feet in some locations.
BELFOR deployed more than 700 personnel to perform the recovery efforts.
