BELFOR Austin Responds To Flood Emergency At Government Office

BELFOR Austin rapidly dispatched an experienced after‐hours team with the technical expertise to remediate an unprecedented basement flood in a state government office. After the remediation work was completed, the Director and Records Management Officer wrote:

“I have never encountered a situation of this magnitude, and hope in the remainder of my career never to encounter one again. If however the need should arise, I hope we will be fortunate to have your company respond. What knowledgeable and hardworking staff you have!“

BELFOR Austin Responds To Hays ISD Vandalism

BELFOR Austin provided emergency services to the Hays Independent School District after a vandal caused significant damage to Carpenter Hill Elementary in Buda. Damages to the campus included broken computers, shattered windows, and smashed trophy cases. Urinals were demolished causing water damage, and a fire extinguisher was set off in the library.

Even the school’s beloved mascot, a carousel horse, was left in pieces. BELFOR found experts in two states who were able to restore and repaint the carousel horse. The mascot was returned to the school as a surprise from BELFOR.

BELFOR teams cleaned and remediated the damage in time for school to start as scheduled.
