Ultrasonic Cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning is one of the fastest and most effective methods for cleaning and completely de-rusting machine parts, stock, and semi-finished products.

This method utilises high-frequency pressure waves in specialised high-temperature cleaning fluids to deliver efficient and thorough cleaning and decontamination, particularly for complex mechanical structures.

1. Pre-Cleaning and Hot Degreasing: Use a hot alkaline solution (pH 10-14) to remove the majority of contamination.
2. Rinsing, Neutralisation, Initial Rust Dissolution: Hot rinse to remove residual contamination and neutralise the pre-cleaner. Perform the first stage of de-rusting.
3. Corrosion Removal: Eliminate all corrosion at 55°C using ultrasonic cleaning and a specialised de-ruster.
4. Rinsing, Neutralisation, and Interim Preservation: Rinse off and neutralise corrosion removers. Apply additives for temporary protection against surface rust.
5. Water Displacement and Preservation: Use water displacers and corrosion-proofing agents to remove rinsing agents and provide ongoing protection.
