  1. Disclosure of Ppersonal Information

When BELFOR Japan receives a request from a customer, etc. to be notified of the purpose of use of his/her personal information or to disclose personal information or records of provision to third parties in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, BELFOR Japan will notify or disclose such information to the customer, etc. without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer, etc. (If such personal information does not exist, BELFOR Japan will notify the customer, etc. to that effect without delay.
