REMINGTON PARK

Tornado damage caused significant structural and water damage to both the interior and exterior of Remington Park in Oklahoma.

ROOFING: Remove and install new engineered roofing systems to the main, Paddock, and Tote buildings.

LIGHTING: Replace 1,200 bulbs and reflectors on 36 track lighting poles and 13 roof-mounted track systems; replace 140 heads on 44 lighting poles in parking lot.

LANDSCAPING: Remove 60,000 square feet of asphalt and replace with brick pavers; install two 10-foot fountains and a 13-foot waterfall with 20-foot trailing creek and capture pond; re-landscape property with flowers, trees, etc.

INTERIOR: Water mitigation to 17 suites – remove and install new drywall, ceilings and flooring; install new cable feeds and electrical outlets to 44 flat screen televisions in 19 suites; replace damaged ceiling tiles throughout building.
